During the week, Year 6B explored a variety of ways of keeping our minds healthy. We made affirmation charts which celebrated all our positive characteristics such as being empathetic, honest and brave etc. We also discussed and recorded how to change a negative scenario into a positive situation by adjusting our outlook.
