Thanks for your help in settling the children Into the new year. We have been continuing our work on place value in maths this week and were representing numbers up to 999 using base 10s. In literacy we did some writing about ourselves and some sentence formation work. In the World Around Us we did some animal habitat classifying.
Thank you all very much with the engagement with the reading records. I’d ask if you could focus on reading 10 - 15mins per night and ask the children questions about what they read.
