Last week, our Year 6 pupils took part in an exciting First Aid Training session with members of St John’s Ambulance. The children learned vital life -saving skills, including how to perform CPR using the Little Annie training mannequins, apply bandages, and slings, help someone who is choking, and correctly call an ambulance in an emergency. They showed fantastic enthusiasm and maturity throughout the session, gaining valuable skills that could one day help to save a life. A huge thank you to Eoin and Sean for giving up their time to deliver such an informative and engaging workshop. We learned so much! 🚑👏🏻
