The children in 5B continued their topic of Ancient Egypt. Today we looked at the process of mummification. We used tomatoes to mimic the process done thousands of years ago. We learned the different stages of the process and how it helped Ancient Egyptians in the afterlife. We will monitor our tomatoes for signs of mummification over the next few weeks.
