We joined Gary Wallace from Core NI on zoom to help keep us fit and active and we also did some PE outside in the sunshine. We planted our sunflowers ouside. Then we made some healthy porridge biscuits and finally today, Rose, an Ulsterbus driver came along with Brendan and showed us around the new Zero Emissions bus. We also got an unexpected trip around the city. Thank you so much we really enjoyed learning all about electric buses. Rose told us that the entire Foyle Metro Fleet in Derry will also become emissions free with the introduction of a further 38 battery electric buses, making the City among the first in Europe to have a fully zero-emission urban bus fleet.
