A hugh thank you to Mrs Lyons our Year 6 LSA and her husband Mr Eoin Lyons (EMT with N.I. Ambulance Service and volunteer with St. John Ambulance) for organising a visit from the St John Ambulance to Year 6. Also, huge thanks to Bríd and Mark from the St. John Ambulance Sevenoak, for also visiting us today. The pupils had the opportunity to go into the ambulance, learn how to apply bandages and make a sling. They got a fantastic insight into the work of St. John Ambulance volunteers in their city. Thank you so much for giving us your time and expertise and spending your day off with us. We really appreciated it.
