We held our annual McCauley Cup football tournament for years 5 and 7 in memory of our past pupils, Ryan and Aaron, who tragically died in a house fire with their parents in 1997. The weather was kind to us and the P5 children had a fun afternoon playing games at the Bishop's Field.
It was lovely see some members of the McCauley and Crockett families join us for the presentation as well as Mr Feeney, who started this tournament in memory of the boys. Thanks also to our past pupils who came along to lend a hand with refereeing and tidying up afterwards. It was a lovely community event.
