Leavers Mass & Academic Awards 2025

Published: 24th Jun, 2025

Year 7 Class of 2025

Today, we marked the final celebration of our Year 7 children’s fabulous achievements over their last seven years at St John’s PS.

Fr Ignacy celebrated a lovely, thanksgiving Mass for our Year 7 children and their families today. We deeply appreciate all the support from Fr Daniel, Fr Gerry, and Fr Ignacy on our children’s faith journey over their time at St John’s PS.

Following a lovely lunch for the children and family members, we had our Leavers’ Award Ceremony. This event recognised the achievements of every child in learning, sport, music, drama and what it means to be a St John’s child in terms of personal qualities such as respect, kindness, compassion, and perseverance.

The Classes of 2025 were truly exceptional children, and it has been our great pleasure to watch these children ‘Learn to Grow and Grow to Learn.’

We shall miss these exemplary ambassadors. They have been a credit to themselves, school staff and their families.

We wish them every blessing as they begin this new and exciting chapter of their young lives.
