Today, Bligh's Lane had a double celebration as Saint John's received their 3rd Eco Schools Green Flag and Bligh's Lane Nursery were awarded their first Green Flag and Eco School of the year 2023. Both Mrs Doherty, Mrs Darmody and their pupils have worked together on some fantastic projects over the last two years. A special thank you to Alan, Mr Tunney and Mickey the Culmore handyman for all their help with the school grounds. We would never have completed all the work without their expertise and help. Also a special thanks to Rebecca in Glen Garth Garden Centre.
Finally, a huge thank you Mrs O Connor and Charlie in the Honeybear Ice cream van for the lovely ice cream treat. They truly deserved it.
