Year 6 turned into star bakers this morning as they whipped up some delicious banana pops and rice crispy buns using fairtrade bananas and chocolate! As part of their learning, the children explored the exciting journey from cocoa tree to shop, and discovered how chocolate is produced and the importance of supporting fairtrade. There was smiles, sprinkles and a few chocolaty fingers along the way.
