The children in Year 5 have been learning all about different emotions in their weekly PATHS lesson. They have been learning about the different strategies they can use to help them overcome fear, worry and even anger. Today we made stress balls, a fun and practical way to help relieve stress! ๐Ÿ’›๐ŸŒป A great activity to help us celebrate Children's Mental Health Week 2025! ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜
