Year 6A enjoyed talking about the ways in which we can take care of our mental health. Our mental health is equally as important as our physical health. As well as doing our daily mile, we talked about lots of different things that make us happy. We also discussed the importance of eating healthy meals and snacks, going to bed early for a good night's sleep, enjoying nature and the great outdoors and having a hobby or pastime. ❤🌳🌻☀🥗
