Easter STEM in 5B

20 days ago in 5B - Miss N Grant
The children in 5B became engineers for the morning today. They built their own parachutes using tissue paper and string, then attached an Easter egg to the parachute. We took our parachutes outside to test them in the wind. This experiment introduced the children to terms like gravity, wind resistence and velocity. The children then enjoyed eating the chocolate egg! 🐣🥚🐇🩷💛
